Dance Attire
All students are expected to wear dancewear in class along with the appropriate shoe. Absolutely no street clothes or baggy sweats will be allowed in class. If a student is not dressed appropriately for class, they may be asked to sit out that day.
Hair should be up and pulled off of the face. Ballet students must wear a leotard with pink tights. For beginning level classes a ballet skirt is acceptable. Tap and Jazz students - any type of dancewear will do: leotard with bikers/dance pants/dance shorts. Those students enrolled in several classes on the same day, can stay in their ballet clothes - no need to change!
Shoes
Ballet: Pink leather ballet slippers (Ages 7+ split soles are suggested).
Hip-Hop: Sneakers for dance class only - not street shoes. For recital they will require matching shoes.
Jazz: (Recreational classes) Black leather jazz slip on Gore shoe. (Intermediate/Advanced classes) determined after costume selections.
Acrobatics: Barefoot
Pom: Black Jazz Shoes
All Competitive Classes: Shoe determined after costume selection.
Tap Shoes
Ages 3-5 & 5-6: Black tap shoes
Ages 6 & up: Caramel tap shoes with straps
Ages 12 & up: Caramel tap oxfords
Parents: Please do not purchase your dancer's shoes with too much growing room!
